Little Miss PJ is a brand by Kamsy. This website and its commerce operations are managed by myProxi Digital Solutions Ltd., RC 9083450 (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”).

Joining the waitlist does not reserve a product or require a purchase. It allows us to send launch information and, where applicable, early-access details using the contact information you provide. Any promotion will be subject to the conditions shown when it is offered.

The store is not yet accepting orders. When ordering opens, product descriptions, prices, available sizes, delivery fees and estimated dispatch dates will be displayed before payment.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud. Preorder items are made or secured after ordering and may have longer delivery windows, which will be shown before checkout.

Payments will be processed securely by Paystack or another payment provider identified at checkout. We do not store full card details. You must provide accurate billing and delivery information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will communicate material delays. Our detailed rules are in the Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

You must use the website lawfully and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Brand names, designs, photographs, videos, copy and other content on the site belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

We do not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal use of the site or products.

We may update these terms as the store develops. The version posted here applies from its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Nigeria.
