Acceptable Use

This policy applies to the Little Miss PJ website, waitlist, promotions, order features and any forms or customer channels we make available through the site.

• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Submit false details, impersonate another person, misuse a payment method or attempt an unauthorised transaction.
• Use bots, scripts or other automated methods to manipulate a waitlist, promotion, product limit or checkout.
• Probe, disrupt or bypass the security, availability or access controls of the website or connected services.
• Upload or send malware, abusive material, spam, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Scrape, copy, resell or commercially exploit site content or customer information without written permission.

Product limits, early-access codes and promotional eligibility may be enforced per person, household, phone number, payment method or delivery address. We may cancel duplicate, automated or abusive attempts intended to defeat those limits.

We may restrict access, remove an entry, cancel and refund an order, or report conduct to a service provider or lawful authority when we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. We will act proportionately and will not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
